Hi, I think the Neat’s work well until a suitable period set come up in budget!
I’d seen the active Geithain pro monitors before but didn’t know they did domestic versions too. They look good
Not german speaker versions. A German Company.
I misinterpreted the comment, sorry.
Yes, they also have a lot for the house area. I have 3 dealers here in the area of Düsseldorf, Cologne who do a lot with those in the private sector
By domestic, I meant versions more suitable for use in a home environment rather than studio / production environments.
Those speakers are wonderful! I’ve got those in one room.
Thanks James, you’re a star
Since february I have canged to a larger vinyl storage to for rock, PMC speakers, got a bit more plants, given a good friend my Kuzma LP player and got new furniture. And a lot more records.
Bauer TT/ Puffin Riaa/Yamaha P2200/PMC twenty5 25.
New, active speakers will arrive within 6 months, so these boxes are here temporarily.
Very nice. Always good to see a DPS TT too
Fine paintings. Beautiful space, the positive atmosphere can be felt from here… Enjoy!
That is a nice small separates system i could happily live with
Do you prefer the Iota’s or the B&W’s?
100% the NEAT’s. They have so much more detail than the B&W’s.
I still can’t believe the sound that comes out of such a compact pair of speakers and they pair with NAIM exceptionally well.
I use the Iota’s for HiFi duties and the B&W’s for AV duties in an Atmos setup.
I’m fairness the B&W’s probably need a larger room with more space for them to breathe.
Cracking setup you got there. Love the little Neats.
Same experience here. I bought CM5 S2’s not realising that they are hard to get working correctly in my room for music purposes. I now have the B&W’s with the telly (great, really great), and use SBL’s for the stereo. I did not buy the Neats and that was a mistake.
The B&W’s work great having sufficient space behind them and besides them.
Always good to have a stock of candles as well!
Hope it returns to regular AC supply soon…
Always take one of those on holiday with us!
