I’ve always put cross headed screws into the floor then sat the spikes in the dimple.
Levelling is easy and if anything is moved it can be put exactly in the right place.

I would use spikes through the carpet, either into the boards or on Naim Chips.
That’s what I was thinking,

Well hello everyone who been following this thread,
Thanks for your advise and comments.
I now have them set up,
Survived a long journey with seals intact,
Love the 20mph limit in city’s, 
Also forgot to connect one of the tweeter box’s, thought I had blown it, but all good, I have included some pictures if ever anyone what’s to move there SBLs this way works,
