I made 2 litres of Cherry Bakewell Gelato today for about £12. What’s more, it’s Lactose Free as well as free from everything except the natural ingredients.
We simply don’t buy “Ice Cream” anymore. I really don’t like the ingredients list on the back of all of the main brands available from the usual sources.

200 Grams Caster Sugar
Plus a few secret ingredients and of course the flavourings…

Trouble with buying a pan like that is it’ll only be a few months before you start thinking of upgrading.
