And the licenses would hafta cover all situations. Iāve seen some twenty-something girls in Lycra pants
who would be less provocative if they were naked.

14 and very windy here, but itās pretty sunny. Yesterday was grim - grey with gales all day, then heavy rain.
15 here, I can hear our English friends going what - 15 - thatās not cold.
