I had an appointment with my oncologist following my radio therapy treatment. My PSA level has dropped to 0.3 which he was very pleased with. I’ll continue with the h/t treatment for a further 2 years and have psa checks every 6 months for up to 5 years. Overall very pleased with the result.

Yesterday a winter walk at the Bloedel Reserve on Bainbridge Island, Washington State. Cool and damp but a lovely 2.5 mile walk around the property and is always relaxing and peaceful.

Went to London to see several galleries. All exhibitions were/are excellent!
This one, which continues until 8th February 2026, is particularly special………
At the Serpentine South the exhibition of Peter Doig’s art is shown alongside and as part of Music, Art, Amplification, and The House of Music. There are talks and ‘performances’ as well in the evenings and on Sundays too, with an anticipated appearances of quite a few well known musicians.
I understand that these ‘performances’ involve the playing of selected records from the artists and musicians personal album collections on the following HiFi equipment:-

Hi Max,i did think twice about posting my results, as i read your post and did want to come across as “rubbing it in”. With regards the h/t treatment, i suffer from the usual side effects i.e hot flushes and weight gain (which are controllable) so i’m happy that i went through with that. I have a shot every 3 months so not to inconvenient. I do wish you the best, which ever way you choose.

Went to investigate Zhukov issuing a low level growl from the kitchen. He was definitely on to something.
Probably need new cover for driver side wing mirror. Meanwhile a carrier bag and duct tape to keep it dry to daylight.

Wouldn’t have been easier to use the driveway
This reminds me of when the family was living near Whitby, we were driving back home when we noticed that a farmer’s gate was open and some cows had escaped. My 7-year-old younger sister chirped up that she hoped none were in the garden. Half a dozen were, and we had a few trampled lawns and flower beds. The farmer was very apologetic. A few months later, some sheep turned up in the garden. Why they always chose our garden was a mystery; my mum, though, suggested that maybe the grass needed cutting more often.

Had my 3 year follow up colonoscopy this morning. No sedation or gas required. No concerns and only two small polyps removed. Apparently I have a long left colon. Good to have a clean bill of health!
