Time for a change?

Even with the humble NAPST the NAT01 is stunning, so I can only imagine it with an XPST. Lucky you.

I wonder if they’d make me one if I were to ask nicely?

Despite efforts in the service dept. to ensure everything is perfect, nothing can be 100% foolproof unfortunately. Nigel, glad it’s sorted and all is now well.

My NAP300 came back from service and I have never connected it up, its just gone into storage until I figure out what I want to do with it. I guess I need to put it through its paces, just in case…

:slightly_smiling_face:If you don’t want it…….

Do you know what was wrong with it?

The repair sheet states a replaced diode but I can’t believe that’s all there was, the difference is very no tic left.

Just listening to the humble CD 555 and it’s sublime.

Very true Richard, although it’s disappointing when it happens to your own kit, however, as you say it’s great to have it back singing again

It is disappointing and seems to be happening more these days, as even on this forum that has a certain percentage of owners it pops up.
It happened to myself on my 552 after service and DR.
But have also got to say like yourself it was sorted out very quickly.
