Air Tight ATM 1 or ATM 2 would be worth a try… the first will do it, the second even better if you want to „keep in touch with the neighbors“
There are a lot of tube amps around and some even have good global support and servicing networks.
If you have only a single source, Luxman tube power amps have volume knob. They are more affordable than their tube integrated amps too, with the exception of the baby shoebox SQ-N150.
Waiting lists on those are more reasonable.
My PrimaLuna (push-pull of EL34s) could be turned up significantly and the Heresy responded with some enthusiasm, bass solid, punchy; the Cayin should be quite similar.
