I bought a Unitilite a few years ago and I love it.
Within two years the CD drawer wouldn’t open, I return it to Naim via the retailer I bought it from and it was fixed
Now the same fault again, door jam, and this time I can’t pull the drawer out.
Obviously it won’t be covered by Naim after all of this time.
Is it worth me taking it to a repair shop to get it fixed, or will the same fault happen again? I am away a lot so the unit doesn’t get used for long periods, also since lockdown I now mostly stream music via Spotify, so not using the CD drawer much probably doesn’t help. But of course I would like the whole unit to work. It’s so annoying because I love the system, but the CD drawer part seems crappy.
I am thinking of taking it to a place in London called Armstrong Audio, unless anyone can’t recommend something else.

I thought there might have been more replies given how popular the Unitilite was.
I popped into a hi-fi store this morning and they say they can repair it.
I will take it in next week.
