Oh, Absolutely!
…but there are a couple of DAC V1’s on ‘the bay’ at the moment and I’m sure there is a perfectly good reason why I should buy one. I’m just trying to work out what it is😉

I am so enjoying the sound of this PS1 as a CD player. It quite simply delivers a lovely ‘analogue’ biased sound.
I am having great fun rediscovering so much music that I haven’t listened to for years😊

That’s great to hear. I must admit I was sceptical about mine until I actually heard it, it’s no gimmick and I still really enjoy it several years later.
Are you going to mod your’s?

I ordered the remote control today, so we’ll see how that goes on Tuesday.
I have a contact who works with sheet metal (all grades and types) and another contact for powder coating and my cabinet maker🙂
