Anyone able to add radio stations manually in vTuner today so they show up in “added stations” in the naim app? Not working for me.

And by the way. I emailed Airable which is a competitor to vTuner for a feature request since I’m now mainly using their service with Lindemann Bridge II. I got a reply in four (yes 4!) minutes from their product management. I believe this days a lot of what kind of company and ambitions you have.

Yes, it works with the ND5XS. It is also displayed under added stations. But the setup is very laborious.

I also have had problems with VTuner. Up until this past weekend 27 January 2023 it worked very well for me for several years, but from last Saturday morning, for no obvious reason I could not play stations which were shown as presets and could not open the IRadio link at all. I have Asset which includes Tunein Internet Radio. Tunein works fine so the cause looks to me to be related to vTuner not Naim hardware or software.

I have looked through the long list of posts on this topic. but could not find a solution to this issue. I wonder what to so next. Is it worth contacting VTuner and adding my name to the list of people experiencing similar problems?

I have contacted vtuner 3 times and have never received a reply. Others on this forum have reported the same result.

No that is entirely pointless as Vtuner take no notice of what end users say or want. The right thing to do would be contact Naim technical support who probably can help and if necessary then Vtuner do listen to Naim as Naim is a paying customer of theirs.

Thank you for your advice. Could you let me have the name and email address of a contact in Naim technical support to whom I should send a description of my issues with VTuner?
