Glad to hear that Focal Naim America are going to sort it for you. They’ll be the cheaper option, as well.

A tip in addition to those upthread: I’ve had great luck sourcing gear in the UK, having it serviced and the voltage changed at Class A, then having it sent along to me in the States. Naim is more expensive here than in the UK, as are servicing charges.

Excellent idea. I think that’ll be the preferred method in future as we are splitting some time between the two places.
