What are you listening to and WHY might anyone be interested?

I flogged that vinyl about a year ago. Purchased it in the 80s and, I admit, I was swayed by the cover

So at home now. Best nights sleep for a week. Even the heat was okay. Windows wide open and watching the barn owls fly around from the bedroom window

Back in three weeks for the bypass op…

SWMBO has control of the stereo so now listening to Absolute Radio… Oh well, can’t get everything your way

Good luck, it’s always nicer in you’re own bed.

I’m listening again to the In Tune Mix Tape from last night. I was driving when I heard it yesterday and was captivated by what I assume was Nina Simone singing ‘Black Is The Colour Of My True Love’s Hair’. I’d not heard it before, but it is truly gorgeous.

So a CD rip of ELP, Works Vol 1

Good pretentious prog… Emerson was good on the old joana though. I remember buying this album in my last year at senior school and clearly remember getting the bus to go see a mate with the album tucked under by arm.

A well produced record, Colors is an awesome track to open the album with.
