Gaussian curve - clouds

on vinyl

1980 US vinyl repressing in a single (as opposed to gatefold) sleeve. Very nice sounding!

Croz [2014]
Just a lovely album from David Crosby whose singing voice has remained wonderfully intact seventy years on.

Pretty Things. Yes Kev I remember buying all the singles in the 60s. Much dirtier and raw than the Stones. Loved them. And they evolved better than most. And exciting live till the end.

David Crosby. And his debut solo album in my top 10 of all time.

Rolling Stones - Beggars Banquet.

Widely acclaimed and the start of their most creative period. Some real classics!

Deep Purple - Machine Head: 25th Anniversary 2 cd set, listening to the remix of the album, which features alternative guitar solos in “Smoke On The Water” and the addition of the excellent b-side “When A Blind Man Cries”.Sonically an improvement on the muddy original :+1:

Clive Gregson - Raggedy Ass - WAV CD rip
My first play of the second of CG’s monthly 2020 releases, and here Clive does rock and roll. Great fun, really enjoyable R&R numbers, played and sung with gusto, some nice guitar lines from Clive, who after all played in Richard Thomson’s band for some years.
