What a great night. The band were great, the audience loved it and our beer sales were sky high. All round a wonderful time, such a shame you couldn’t make it.

Diana Krall, girl in the other room. One of my fav Diana Krall albums. Written by her with some help by her husband and reflective of the time of her late mother’s passing.

I find it intriguing the number of songs Tina Turner wrote when she was with Ike - every album (and they released quite a few) is stacked with her compositions. Look at the label you posted - Nutbush City Limits - classic song.
Then after Ike an amazing solo career but not one song on those albums did she write or even co-write.
