What are you listening to in 2021 and why might anyone be interested

Thanks Pat, apologies for my late response I’ve only just seen your reply. I’ll see if I can give it a listen somewhere. I haven’t had Tidal or Qobuz for over a year or so now.

Suzanne Vega - Close Up Vol. 1 - Qobuz 16/44
Away for a few days with a friend, we’ve taken a Qb2 with us. Suzanne Vega’s superb songs showcased here in stripped down settings, great singer-songwriter and lovely performances.

Joni Mitchell - Shadows and alight - Qobuz 24/192
One of the greatest singer-songwriters at the height of her powers, captured live interpreting her great songs perfectly. Great poetry, great music.

Straight jazz done really well. We had Chris Hodgkins and Wayne Wilkinson at one of our shows recently, and they kindly gave me a few CDs, of which this is one. The Pizza Express is a great venue, and it also reminds me of the times I’ve been there.

Santana - Spirits Dancing In The Flesh, this is definitely one of the better '8o’s releases, before Carlos sounds like a guest on his own album.

It was an excellent album and it wasn’t even released in Aus originally. I bought my copy in the US in the only 2000s.
