It always seems to be the poor relation with its siblings either side of it, but I have always like III. To me its just as good and compliments the whole set. Epic
On the ‘strength’ of this album John Martyn was dropped by Island Records.
What did they know. It’s a brilliant album - Andy Sheppard on sax.
Saw JM with Foster Patterson promoting this album in 1990 at Crawley Hawth Theatre.

Here here @Eoink, great album. I feel that they were never really taken seriously. On the surface it all sounds like a bit of fun until you actually sit down and listen to it and realise that there is a lot more to it.
God help me, I’m beginning to like this…
