I’d take Giles’ explanation with several hundred tonnes of salt. The real reason is that Disney didn’t want their exclusive deal on the Get Back epic to be spolied by 40 minutes’ worth of it being included in a big box set released before the Jackson film; so Apple Corps/Calderestone, sensing that they could make a bit more money by releasing the rooftop gig separately later on, acquiesced.

An interesting and enjoyable listen and I quite liked large parts of this. On Tidal there is only this album, are there any more on Qobuz?
