I think the simplistic rendition of a formal invitation to a Beggar’s Banquet makes more sense than a nasty toilet on an album named “Beggar’s Banquet.”
When do record companies ever get anything right?
In those days you could always get a Beatles album cover, nicely “sanitised” hair cut and all! 
Well sticking with the Stones, and probably a more controversial cover imo Some Girls.
