Thus Owls - Who Would Hold You If the Sky Betrayed Us?

I spotted this posted by @IainO a few lines back and was drawn in by the evocative title. According to Wikipedia they are a “Swedish-Canadian experimental indie rock band based in Montreal, Quebec, consisting of husband and wife duo Simon and Erika Angell, who are backed up at times by guest musicians”. Her voice reminds me of Beth Gibbons. Worth checking out.

Always eagerly looking forward the releases of Honeck with his Pittsburg Symphony Orchestra. It’s a release which will have you listening with attention, but it doesn’t reach the greatness of the other work of Honeck in my opinion. Would be interested in other opinions as well.
Recording quality as usual very good.
