I’m a caring long distance neighbour. 
This has reminded me, at one point during lockdown I was at the far end of my garden at the compost bins and the chap who lives down in the house at that point in my garden was in his garden (it’s probably 40m linearly and 15m vertically from my house, his house is level on the hill with the bins and about 40m across his garden). We had a pleasant chat and then he commented that he thought he heard my music sometimes, he said “You play a lot of Joni Mitchell”, so I had to accept it was a fair cop. The worrying thing for me is that I tend to listen downstairs with only my bedroom window upstairs open, that incentivised me to get a db meter for my phone. It then turned out he has a SuperUniti, I must catch up with him (which is harder than it sounds, he’s down the hill, it’s about half a mile by road between our houses) and I invited him and his wife round for a listen to Joni on the 52/135s and more importantly wine on the balcony,
