Bit chilly here today.

SWMBO still at lunch with the girls, 300DR warming the room up nicely

I’d forgotten how good this album is, think it’s first time I’ve revisited with 252.

I’m turning into a total Halsall fanboy. Enjoyed everything of his I’ve heard so far. This one arrived in the post this morning (apparently they deliver on a Sunday now). From 2015 with shades of Zero 7, Reprazent and generally funky overtones (for a jazz lp)…

The slam delivered by the 300DR on this is astonishing

Slight edit so as not to offend

Prince Jammy - Jammy Destroys the Invaders

Another Sunday delivery from the postie. (The artist formerly known as) Prince Jammy, protege of King Tubby, with a supremely well crafted dub album. Up there with the likes of Dub Landing by Scientist and King Tubby Meets Rockers Uptown. Heavy, crisp, clear and well pressed on Greensleeves Records.
