More new purchases delivered whilst we were away this weekend.
Now own 3 “Ziggy’s”, Original 1st press (never played), my first later press 1973 copy and now this one pressed 50 years on from those. This new one is the new Half-Speed Remaster and sounds truly fabulous.
Paranoid; this is the first time I’ve owned it on record. We had the cassette that we played constantly when we went away on our first holiday together nearly 40 years ago. A fitting gift from my wife to commemorate our 40 years…

A bit of stress going on in life at the moment so thought I would put something on that makes me smile. I like Otway’s innocence and honesty.
Oh, by the way I tinkered a little with my LP12. Well when I say tinkered I mean I checked and adjusted the level as it was out a little. I also ‘clocked’ it and what a difference, everything is, well, just better. Cleaner, tighter, better imagery and separation so well pleased!
