Hey! Roger! What about a release on vinyl, SACD or even CD then, eh?
Back in the day when I used to sing with The Bach Choir we always performed the St Matthew Passion (in English) at Easter, it was always an incredibly moving experience. Sadly my performing days are over, so I have to make do with listening. This is my favourite version of what is, in my opinion, the greatest piece of music ever writtten.

This sounds quite good - great sound quality - over on Qobuz for £7.99
First tunes of the day courtesy of Tosca, some minor adjustments on the sub setups and sounding mighty punchy.

Happy Birthday David Robinson!
Born 2nd April 1949 in Malden, Massachusetts
Great album! I shall join you on that when Stevie has finished.
I left my system playing whilst we took the dogs out for their mid morning walk. By the time we got back, Roon Radio had kicked in and one of the tracks from this album came on. I’d not listened to Secrets of the Beehive for quite a while so I’ve been enjoying having a listen to the whole album again.

It would be advised to check out their live recordings as soon as possible. 1977-1980, 1973, 1974, and everything else. Good trip!

Will do, thanks!
