I was just playing some tracks which I’ve saved on my Qobuz favourites list and chose this, among others. I had to stop looking at my iPad and listen to this track. It’s gorgeous!
The final new purchase and now playing, Lady Blackbird ‘Slang Spirituals’ on CD. There has been some genre jumping this evening. This is a great album (IMHO).

Sonic Punter – Twin Stranger
Post-punk with a touch of indie and noise rock, screeching guitars, 80´s sounding basslines and mostly upbeat rhythms.
On vinyl: Destroyer - Kaputt. A massive favourite of mine - I think this is Daniel Bejar’s finest work and has to be one of the best releases of 2011.
On vinyl: The Velvet Underground - Loaded. No John Cale, but still excellent.
