Lindisfarne Christmas shows at Newcastle City Hall were just such good fun, especially in 1978 for a 16 year old!

Bizarrely, the month before had been my first ever concert, Motorhead

My first Lindisfarne concert was September '72 and first Christmas gig was 22nd December '76. The '72 date was my first ever “big” concert.

You don’t realise it’s nearly 40 years old, been listening to a lot of 60’s, 70’s and 80’s albums recently, used to look forward to what was in the charts, couldn’t tell the last time I did that!
