What are you listening to in 2024 and why might anyone be interested?

Fond memories of seeing them regularly on TOTP and if I remember correctly, Barry Morgan of Morgan Studios fame was their drummer/percussionist. Almost a Morgan Studios house band !

Feels a bit counter intuitive, HiRes reggae, but really enjoying the HiRes Qobuz stream of this wonderful Wailers album. Wailers were a far better band with Tosh and Livingston involved imo.

Thomas Woodward, (Tom Jones), Welsh singer who has sold over 100 million records. Scored the 1965 UK No.1 and US No.10 single ‘It’s Not Unusual’ plus over 20 other UK and US Top 40 hit singles. Jones was awarded an OBE in 1999 and received a knighthood from Queen Elizabeth II for “services to music” in 2006.
