Returning the favour.
Happy birthday to The Kid.
Theme from Barry Norman ‘Film XX’.

Everyone who posts what they are listening to, here, is offering everyone else a gift.
Some of those gifts are more to my liking than others, and many (the best kind) I have to un-wrap and play with before I know that I like them or not, but I always like that the gift is being offered.
Holiday evening here (happy unification day
)
I’ve owned this for 30 years. Don’t think I’ve listened to it in earnest in all these years. It’s pretty good.
But once I got halfway through it, I went for this, and wasn’t disappointed:

Casa Murilo - Ignition (2014)
Two English guys who moved to Norway about 15 years ago and settled there. Had a couple of their tunes but never checked out the relevant album until now and what an excellent one it is. High tempo indie melodic rock, super stuff.
Any of our Scandinavian forum members heard of them?
Radiohead’s a lot to process at this time of night, so I’ve gone for the best of field-recorded ambient.
@Middle thankyou brother
