They didn’t let me cook, wanted to celebrate so taken out this evening. Couple of pints in the pub first, then along to the restaurant. We shared starters, wild boar ravioli with sage butter, and portobello mushrooms stuffed with minced beef in tomato sauce and a parmesan melt. We could have stopped there, so much flavour. The three of us had the same main, beef medallions, garlic spinach, peppercorn sauce and chips. Our son took the leftovers home for tomorrow. Lovely Primitivo to accompany.
