What was the last CD you bought

Jehnny Beth To Love Is To Live

Her first solo album, away from Savages.

I just bought this Prince of a concert I actually attended with my brother Miguel.

Hope you enjoy. If you have not heard it, their first album Why Really is excellent.

If anyone’s interested you can register for the next batch of Bowie’s Brilliant Live Adventures on line (Bowie’s official site). It seems all CD/vinyl albums except GhangesNowBowie (the best of them imo) will be reissued next month.

Got this recently - beautifully recorded using a 400 year old cello.
some solo cello tracks and some with piano.
Stunning sound from the cello and Wendy’s playing

@Wren - You can check out Confront Recordings’ Bandcamp here (there’s also an IST bio and you can stream some stuff from this box set for free):

Make sure you get the demo version too!

The demo version…?

I think I might even prefer it over the standard album.

OK, thanks. I have now ‘found’ it on Discogs…

Not sure if I will buy it though… Not cheap.

Under a tenner on Amazon. Think I bought mine direct from her website.

Double CD set from the Bowie store…
