BOB is a fine choice, and if you enjoy it(how couldn’t you!) there are many variations, including the mix, mono which is very different indeed and even the inside of the gatefold artwork, some of which have a picture of Claudia Cardinale in place of Mr D, until she found out and had it removed.

I have ‘We insist’ on CD and its a great sounding copy but watching John deVore’s latest vlog I am in the process of ordering a vinyl version. I am swerving towards the original version, be that as an OP or well mastered re-release but may also go for this ‘2025!’ pressing. Which one would you go for? I can’t link to his video but wort watching if you have not done so already.

I agree about HMV, there are so few shops that make me want to go to the high street and HMV is one of them. Unfortunately my local independent record shops do not cater for my musical tastes and yet HMV does. Also a big fan of the Ballard of Wallis Island
