Which Din cable?

My Nait 5si and CD5si are connected with cheap RCA cables. I don’t have the standaard DIN cable which is included with the CD5si. Are there any recommendations?

Hi
You can get the standard Naim DIN cable for £119 new or pre-owned much cheaper

I highly recommend the standard lavender/grey Naim interconnect. It’s ideal here and obviously sounds great! Pre-owned ones are available relatively cheaply. Just be sure to get the real deal (See FAQ on here for ID).

Thanks, didn’t know this was explained in the FAQ!

Yup, see here for how to ID the various regular Naim interconnects;

And, appropriately enough, the first topic in the FAQ is all about why Naim prefer to use Din connectors;

Another option could be something from Chord, maybe…? Chord Chrysalis was ‘remarkably similar’ to a Naim grey cable…

I upgraded the ‘lavender’ DIN cable to a Tellurium Q Black DIN and it was a significant improvement. They’re not cheap new, but you can find them at a reasonable price on a popular auction site!
