Why I am gaining weight

I’ve had both during my travels around Portugal and agree quite delicious.

I had this in one of my favourite towns Freixo de Espada À Cinta it was described by the owner of the restaurant as meat you couldn’t get in Lisbon!

In my experience, weight tends to go on slowly. Keep it off permanently, which is not easy, needs to come off slowly.

As we age, our metabolism slows. To keep the same weight we need to exercise A bit more, or eat a bit less. Easy to say not so easy to do.

In my opinion, carbs( Rice, Potatoes, Pasta, Cakes, and I’m sorry, alcohol too) are frequently the enemy.

It might be helpful to think of a typical plate: Half of it should be vegetables. A quarter of the plate should be Protein and the other quarter carbs.

If it has a list of ingredients, don’t eat it. The more ingredients it has the more important, it is not to eat it.
