Hi MattCray
Sure should be an exciting journey keeping you busy for the next few years.:joy: It’s actually closer to 6 more boxes  just a few more cables and some more fraimys :see_no_evil:. Watch out for that tempting S1 lurking behind the next turn, been there, done that, no regrets :innocent:

Ordered mine about same time and arrived after 3 months. Seems inconsistent around country. Hope it arrives soon. :crossed_fingers:

Same experience. Very lush with great presence, but also warm and just about as far from Naim as it goes.

Me too, otherwise I guess I’m top of the list for the yet-to-be-announced ND5 XS3 :joy::joy::joy:

Although it would be well out of my reach I would like to see a Statement level streamer. In my opinion it would not use the Burr Brown PCM 1704 dac chip. Whatever alternative dac architecture Naim adopt would likely trickle down to future Naim products.

Here are two more wishes for the Uniti One Box section:
An original Naim Isolation Platform with glass (like fraim) to optimally place and decouple the One Box units on top of sideboards or shelves. The devices are decorative and should be operable from above.
A power amplifier in the decorative Uniti Desgin. Only headphone use would be too little for me (I know that according to Claire this is not planned, but it seems sinful and desirable….)

The Atom HE is in many ways crying out for a matching power amp but it won’t be part of the Uniti range. I think the only hope of Naim making one is if Naim decides they want to revise a shoebox-sized product line, along the lines of the 42/110.

I guess there will be nothing new comes this year or maximum for the all-in-one series but not classic, xs and 500 series.

Some of your simple replies just kill me Nigel … thanks for the belly-laughs …

I wish for a new integrated amp that incorporates a digital/analog volume control like that in the uniti so I can adjust the max volume and use more of the dial and also solving the balance problems of the ALPS blue velvet volume pots.

  1. A new streaming preamp with native Quobuz support (like so many others on this thread).

  2. Native Apple Music support in all streamers

  3. To be able to use two Mu-Sos as a stereo pair

Just happy to bring a smile to some faces in these crap times.

My wish would be for a 500 series level phono stage, full width case, dual PSU, multiple inputs, on the fly adjustment capabilities (via a touch screen maybe). The best they can make.
Given their recent foray into the world of vinyl, it does seem much of a stretch…but I won’t hold my breath.

Yes, as a new Atom HE owner, that is an obvious desire. Let’s hope Naim give this serious consideration.

Updated Core with ability to support Tidal/Qobuz/Spotify/FLAC radio and stream to legacy Naim devices via uPnP, controlled from the Naim App.

Five year warranty as standard. I never understood the free extension unless it’s in the hope people forget to register for it. Just provide it as standard and offer the same warranty to overseas customers - or at most knock a year off, not three.

I believe the extension with registration is because otherwise how would they know if it’s the original customer? Of course 5 years on any serial number would be an option, but I understand if new-buyers are preferred. As for the knocking off years, it’s up to the local distributor, we get 5 years in Germany, but I agree that it’s not ideal that it is inconsistent

Exactly. Let’s make it a 5 year, transferable, worldwide, manufacturers warranty, nothing to do with the distributor or location.

Yeah it’s pretty unfair. Not only do we pay more for a Naim device in Australia but we get less warranty.
