Your Watch & Naim

One of my favourite watches, Omega Railmaster, love the simplicity of it. Based upon a 1930s design I think, and apparently standard issue to RAF pilots after the war. Although many watches seem to claim this !

Just perfect!

Flashy Watch

Omega Railmaster actually dates from 1957.

You can read more about it here.

Lovely watch.

I have also seen a few recent YouTube videos promoting the said rail master - cool watch

Understated beautiful & very tasteful! :ok_hand:t2:

Up date on the seiko srpe55. New strap courtesy of Rich at Toshi straps. Horween Essex leather, I was unsure about it after ordering but I think it sets off the black face nicely

Barely qualifies as a watch but ok. Garmin Fenix 6 Titanium Pro.

This is my go-to for travel & holidays, maps & navigating, hiking, canoeing, and everything-you-don’t-want-to-wear-a-good-watch with. Amazing how much functions & specs they cram into these things. And after some learning curve, how well most of it works.

You can download, install and configure loads of apps and different dials. Including most of the ‘famous’ watches. You can switch from Garmin, to Rolex, AP, Patek, Cartier to Omega with a few button clicks and configure nearly every detail. Silly of course but childish fun too.

I like and use it more than I thought I would.

I’ve just put a new strap on my Oris. The black one was a bit formal, so as the face is a very dark blue I thought I’d go for a blue suede strap. I rather like it.

I use my Garmin Marq all the time. I love the endless options of watch faces, and the interchangeable straps.

Digital face/silicone strap on the golf course in the morning, and analogue face/titanium strap for dinner in the evening. So versatile. The fitness functions also help me keep active in retirement.

Naim matching green-ish Tivoli too. :slightly_smiling_face:

Only 2 Naim boxes, but at least as many watches as other Naim boxes have

And then the question, what will happen should I get the Apple Watch?
