Can’t believe my luck - scored this beauty today.
Very nice!
Naim should have a word with some watchmakers about this thread, I reckon it’s fuelled a bit of inflow into their coffers…
Liking the uncluttered face, what model reference is it ?

I agree! Grand Seiko has had a habit of cluttering their dials with off-center power reserves, date windows, etc. I appreciate their restraint on this piece.
I do, although I do feel their dials somehow were more balanced when they said Seiko at the top and had the GS on the bottom half.
Was that car park in the edgy part of Emsworth?
A friend of mine lives in Christchurch and tells me that members of the local golf club are being targeted for their Rolexes.
That looks very nice.I’m interested in one.Did you get it direct fromSteinhart or in the UK .
Anyone have an “A Lange & Sohne”? I am thinking about getting one.
Blimey, have you won the lottery? It’s actually A. Lange & Söhne.
Got it from Neil at ChronoMaster in the uk. Very helpful. I’m really chuffed with it. Still within 2 secs per day. Be aware of the two different movements available.
Yes ands it’s “Lange” for short.
Actually, one of my reasons for the question is, that they don’t hold their money not that I would be looking to sell it. At the same time I wouldn’t want to pay a lot of money for a watch knowing that as soon as I have left the store it’s worth next to nothing.
Just interested to know if anyone on here has one.
I’d be frightened to wear such a thing and as such it wouldn’t get used. I don’t go anywhere posh enough.
O it would definitely be my daily…
It would be a shame not to wear it regularly
Being a plumber I wouldn’t wear it to work but certainly at the weekend if appropriate.
Don’t have one but they were popular on various watch forums I’ve been on. They seem to have lots of interesting complications. I like the big date versions. Quite unusual as your one watch.
But I don’t have any real world knowledge of ownership.
If they lose value so quickly I assume that means you can get a big discount?
