I finally take a step and got my self a nice fuji xt5 camera. I love watch photos and mine were/are very crappy. This 3 is a new start. Don’t forget I don’t have a clue about photography or editing programs!

Oh, yes, and despite its 41mm (excluding crown) it is extremely comfortable. But the best thing about it is the VHP movement which was developed along with ETA for exclusive use. The perpetual calendar that automatically adjusts for short months including leap years until the year 2400 and +/-5 seconds a year are just insane.

To my surprise.
Called my dealer today for an update on wait times for a 36mm Rolex Explorer.
Was told they no longer carry Rolex. A family business and a 50 year Rolex AD turfed by Rolex.
“Rolex has been aggressively cutting ties with traditional, family-owned jewelry stores that sell Rolex alongside other jewelry lines or multi-brand watch counters. Rolex now demands standalone, dedicated “Boutique-Only” environments.”

Rolex and Omega have been moving away from traditional jewellery and watches shops for some years. They claim that dealing through a smaller number of larger firms was easier fir them. It also gave them greater control over what they expected from their dealers. Many of their “denands” were already making it difficult for these smaller firms to comply with.
Didn’t Linn do something like that?

Lovely photos of your two very fine Rolexes. I like them both, but I am after the watch like yours, a GMT2 Black Blue Bezel, with jubilee bracelet at some point!
