i’ll let you be, but good to understand what problem you’re trying to solve with an upgrade, otherwise its upgrade for upgrades sake. and sure, go for it. More money == better sound. 
and there’s nothing factual about hifi. It’s all subjective. Music sounds better after a bottle of wine.
where in Germany are you from? Wo hast Du studiert?
I can second this with U-588 demoed at home with Borresen C1 speakers. Bass is so hard and tight it loses all musicality.

I’ve just put my C2 Speakz back replacing NACA5 which I’ve evaluated a bit. A mullet I know but a BEAUTIFUL sounding mullet so I don’t care! I will never understand the NACA5 it seems. It’s doing some things good but my oh my there is so much lost inside it. The C2 doesn’t change the core presentation but just adds on all levels. The evolution with cables has made a big leap just as electronics.

If so I can sell Lindemann, NDS. Haven’t decided if I should keep 555PSDR and connect to NSS 333 but from what I read it seems to be a step up from 300PS. But mixing green and white LED is so so.. Will try to find a dealer that can let me try the 2x burndys needed but so far no one have them in stock.. I guess they want to sell 300PS first and foremost

I had a 555DR on my NDX2 and whilst it improved the sound, I don’t think it was entirely necessary or as fundamental as people claim it to be. My experience with the Selekt and 350s, and I’m sure it’s the same with the 333, is that the new modern designs have found a way to isolate the power supplies effectively meaning separate ones are no longer needed.

Yes from what I read the 300PS seems to be most beneficial added to the 332 and not as much with 333.
Naked 333 in What HIFI
It should be clear by now that we rate the Naim NSS 333 very highly. It delivers a significant chunk of the ND555/555 PS DR’s performance at a fraction of the price. Sure, it still costs big money, but in the world of high-end hi-fi, we feel it still represents terrific value. Highly recommended.

I’ve read this review before and I would have got one myself had I not gone down the Selekt route. Ultimately I went that way as it meant I didn’t also need the 332. The 333/N50 route now looks like a great, cost effective way to maintain a full Naim system whilst also having modern, up to date boxes.
I’m surprised the 333 doesn’t get a lot more love on the forum.

I can also confirm that. I evaluated the NPX300 on the 333 and 332, and on the 332 the improvement was much more pronounced.

You can try to find the OC-NC burndys second hand, I’ve seen them pop up a couple of times. I did evaluate the 555PS on the 333 and it is a significant step up. It does alter its character a bit (compared to the NPX300) which may suit some folks depending on whether you prefer OC or NC sound more.

Anyone who had Ansuz cables before on their Naim gear still have them? It seems many users in this thread were keeping this thread alive but have since moved on their cables.
I am demoing an Ansuz Mainz Aluminium power cord (so first gen) and I find it extremely dry sounding. Lots of PRaT, punchy and very silent but not very good at communicating emotion and timbres and it is bit too matter of fact. Tried it on both the 332 and on the 333 and both show the same characteristics.
I currently use Ansuz D2 Powerswitch, D2 Ethernet and A3 power cord on the switch. Haven’t found anything better on those places yet.
What do you use on your Naim gear?
Powerline power cables. Super Lumina speakers cables. Lavender DIN DIN but will get SL there too.
I have Ansuz C2 speakers cables too but cannot motivate such expensive cables on my current system so they will go.
