CD collection has to go

As the old joke goes, Mud’s Greatest Hits album was a one sided single.

You can buy (or could a few years ago, I haven’r looked for at least 10 years) archive quality sleeves guaranteed not to affect the disk. Cost a tad more but for me it gave peace of mind.

Seems more than enough:

61 track 3CD set covering all of the singles released by 70s pop legends Mud between 1973 and 1980…! :flushed:

I think the Americans probably used it at Guantanamo Bay.

(Mud fans, this is just a silly JOKE ).

Wasn’t that the Damned? Yes, I know, that’s neat that’s neat etc. I have a soft spot for Mud and loved them in their heyday. They played at Leicester University in the 80s on one of those revival tours. I was working behind the bar and they came in for a beer and we had a really good chat. Absolutely lovely people, and so pleased people still liked them.

Oddly enough I’ve never heard of them, which leads me to think they won’t that popular.

They were very popular in the 70’s 71- 74 ish

Biggest hit was Tiger Feet, I’m sure that if you search on YT then you will find a poor quality clip from Top of the Pops of Mud doing Tiger Feet.

Be warned, once you hear it you’ll be hearing it all day

:joy:
