We could have been 3 down after 15 minutes, it was dreadful. Saka, Arnold (all game) and Rice (first half at least) were woeful. Dier and Maguire way too slow to be played together. Pickford dreadfully out of form and confidence. Zero creativity in midfield. ZERO.
Second half performance was better but nothing to write home about.
A lucky win but we will take it.
Southgate has got to wake up. A creator, like Sancho (albeit he’s not exactly a midfielder) or Grealish must be in the starting line-up.
That’s a bit harsh on Saka seeing as he didn’t even make the bench but I agree with most of what you say.

Had in my head his performance against Wales. He has potential but he looked too nervous about making a mistake at times which led ironically to mistakes.

If it’s on Sky and don’t have Sky a Now TV box will stream any match without subscription for £9.99.
If it’s on BT then I pay £5 per month for their mobile/iPad app and a further £5 per month to be able to stream it from a mobile device to my TV.

Now I’m no Liverpool fan, however Mane should never be called offside for that Henderson ‘goal’! Ridiculous rules.

I’m with you on this,Utd stated earlier that they would ensure that fans didn’t miss any matches,as a Sky /BT subscriber I’m very disappointed,hope that all involved make a loss ,enough is enough !

Firstly Everton v Liverpool despite all the controversy was the right result as Everton fully deserved a point. Klopp should pick his face up he’s had a Champions League and a Premier League plenty to grin that toothy grin about, this season due to Covid 19, no fans, the signings some teams could and couldn’t make and the fact that other teams are becoming wise to his tactics was going to be a lot harder for Liverpool.
Winning a Premier League trophy makes you a good team, winning back to back Premier League trophies makes you a great one and winning multiple times in a short space makes you legendary.
Jurgen Klopp still has the best team in the Premier League so he should go and prove he has a great one and stop sulking about VAR and ref’s mistakes that’s football.

No opposition needs VAR to help them out when they’re facing Kepa, the gift who keeps on giving.

This season they look at a point between shoulder and elbow, last season they looked at the armpit.
Last season he was is onside, this season he is offside.
Richarlison was unlucky to get sent off. The camera does lie.
This picture looks bad, but his foot is nowhere near the Liverpool player’s leg, he simply blocked the ball. Both players did look seriously injured after the subsequent collision, although the Thiago was fit enough to carry on and set up the late Liverpool non-goal.

How can Everton-Liverpool be the “right result”? Pickford made at least two amazing saves – and he should not have been on the pitch after his GBH on VVD.

Rules are rules and the Pickford tackle was after the whistle therefore cannot be a red card and you may be over estimating VVD’s impact he’s looked far from his best the last month.
Liverpool won the league at canter last season vastly more points than Everton but today Everton showed fight and spirit and came back from behind twice so as I said IMO a draw was a fair result.

Are you sure about that “after the whistle” rule? Players have been red-carded after the final whistle. Why would this be different? And VVD’s form is irrelevant here (although I agree; he’s been below his imperious best). What is relevant is that Pickford should have been off.
