Kudos Titan 606

That’s great news. Been there with the Prostate. A year later (12 months since) I walked from Pamplona to Santiago de Compostela.

Best wishes for continued good health! I am a cancer survivor myself – just “celebrated” 30 years anniversary of my treatment. I was 30 at the time.

Looking forward to hearing your views, once I’m fully acquainted with the NAP 500 replacing the 300 in my system I’m thinking of trying the 505’s and 606’s at home.

Great service from Audience again. Enjoy the new speakers!

That is brilliant news pcd.

At the end of the day, your health is so much more important than hifi, which at best is a first world problem.

My dealer has 707’s on sale, but I love my Totem Forest Signatures, so have stayed clear. May be too much for my SN2?

I’m still a week and a half from my second consultation for the melanoma on my face (missed by my first GP and a specialist). The first surgery didn’t get it all. Not too excited by it TBH, but leaving it there doesn’t seem like a good idea either (although is only insitu, the “best” type.). A friend of mine died this year after a Melanoma was removed on his shoulder and they missed that it had spread to his brain. Well I’m glad I’ve upgraded early.

Mike…hope all goes well, keep positive. Let the music help, i always find i can drift away from problems into the music. Keep us posted mate👍

Advanced melanoma is no longer a death sentence with an amazing combination drug therapy.

Sorry for the loss of your friend though.

Glad to hear treatment was successful.

I have been contemplating for a while about getting a pair of 606s and have always struggled to come to terms and justify the price. But you have made me too have a different outlook in life. You only live once so might as well enjoy yourself.

Funnily enough I am writing this as I am waiting in one if A&E beds waiting to be seen after I fell from the loft and have done my foot in.

So as soon as I get better I shall be getting myself a nice pair of 606s. It looks like the fall has knicked some sense in me

Sorry to hear that Mike, I went through similar a year and a half ago. I had skin cancer on my forehead, they removed it all thankfully on me, but to be safe, I also had 30 zaps of radiation after the skin graph they gave me healed. I actually go next week to see the surgeon again for a follow up, my (2) MRI’s have come up negative so far, but the affected area is taking its time to heal properly. Not a fun experience at all, the worst part is all the doctor/specialist visits, and aftercare. Good luck with your treatment, just know that doctors these days are really advancing quickly with these matters, and I am sure you are in good hands.
