This is a sea stack on the coast of Hokkaido, a place called Yoichi. Where Nikka Whiskey comes from I believe.

The SS Piaka wreck sank 1906. South Wellington coast. It serves as a memorial to the many wrecks and lives lost on this rugged coast.
