I think the only change you would have got from a better camera would have been a bad back! This is a lovely sequence of pictures that would look well in any photo magazine.

It is indeed 1. Lake Peyto 2. Icefields Parkway 3. Saskatchewan Crossing in Alberta, Canada. After that Highway 93 to Jasper is closed due to the fires.

Moraine Lake.
I note in another thread that you missed out on Moraine Lake, so here are a couple of pictures that I took a few years back when access was relatively easy.

Was on a nice hike to Sarrail Ridge yesterday and stopped on the way up to take a quick iPhone snap of Rawson Lake in Kananaskis county. Legs still a little tired today as we gained almost 1000 metres of elevation on this one.

Nice Pics Don, lucky you had some clouds in your photos. Such a pain and expense to get up there nowadays, plus the crowds are insane most of the time. I was glad to make it up there once at least!
