Oh my god, where to start!
What a good thread and I have to say that I agree with a lot of the suggestions offered. Now it is going to take me some time to come up with any as I have tried to erase them from memory! On first reflection though there are a few tracks from some of my favourite artists, including the likes of Bob Dylan and Van Morrison, which I will have to give some thought to to 
But as a starter what about that Combine Harvester effort by The Wurzels. Made even worse if you actually watch the video!

Every song the builders working on next doorās extension play on their trannnie. Even songs I normally like can be irritating at the wrong time eg when windows are open trying to cool the house down during the heat wave.
