@GraemeH
Do you have shares in IKEA?
I think you’ve started a new trend on here with the Stockholm unit! If only I had the space…
Dear Old Stockholm.
I replied via another thread, I too am very prone to Senior Moments
I think @Conscience has been the first one posting a pic with Stockholm, at least in more recent times. If remember since I was intrigued by the unit and asked for the maker…
Stockholm Syndrome?
I’ll get my coat….
That’s right and it’s what put me on the search for the newer version. So thanks ultimately to @Conscience and yourself. I’d been on the lookout for a piece of modern furniture to fit 6 boxes since that fateful day last October when, in a moment of wallet searing impetuosity, I ordered the 300.
No regrets on either score.

Colourful enough for the days of the year where there is no light.
I would prefer Focal speakers in white, to match the Stockholm. I agree, colours are good for the mood, specially if it’s raining or covered weather.
But then again who wants to be stuck in front of a world class system when the weather has been so great for the past 10 days or so.
Me, this morning, as my half was out
Ok fair enough. Actually these are probably the best times to listen because everyone else is also outside and not polluting the mains.
The metas have all the basics covered so well, they took some running in for me but once done they are special, can imagine they sound spectacular on the end of that lot.
I paired up the Kc62 sub with them too and once dialled in just gave me more of the same.
Elegant simplicity.
Interested in the platform your Node sits on.
Thanks - it’s definitely what I’m trying to do with this set up (simplicity). The marble slab is one of a pair of unbranded speaker stand isolators I bought a few years back via eBay so not sure of the origin unfortunately
And can you please identify the lovely piece of furniture?
Its a tv stand from Barker and Stonehouse (UK)
