The CDS3 is very good too Graeme. But why have I bought another CDS2? I think itā€™s more resolved and makes me want to play it more than CDS3.

Yes it is. Iā€™ve heard a CDS3 and I would take the CDS2 every time.

I see your location is Poland, but your S6 has a type G (British) outlets. Is there any purpose by having those outlets in Poland ?

I think itā€™s a good one Graeme. The mech was replaced 2018. Itā€™s a keeper this time round, sounding very good with black XPS. May try it with 555PS, but will probably sound like itā€™s on steroids.

Itā€™s a toss up between a new 250 and the NSC222 at the moment. At least the new 250 has fans now and wonā€™t short out at loud volume :rofl: :sunglasses:

I remember a rousing session with Quadrophenia many moons ago with my old Olive 250 that overheated around side 3!

My chrome bumper 250 shorted out while playing drum and bass. At first I was like, wt*f!. Then the penny dropped and the 250 CB was short lived replaced by 135s. Serviced of course and sounding particularly good tonight with CDS2 blasting Metallica, some Pink Floyd and Steely Dan.

New green-light 250 DR and two Powerlines delivered and installed today to go with my new to me ex-demo 282. Sounds great fresh out of the box!
