I have no idea, never heard them!
I want to demo some, though. I had already thought of tripping to Denmark after I finish RT…
Where in the world is your place ?
Heaven?
The reviews I’ve read suggest that Davone speakers are very cohesive and well integrated across the frequency range. ‘Musical’ for want of a better term.
I don’t think they have a distributor here. A trip to Denmark seems more and more necessary…
Those are beautiful pair. What are the serial number on them?
Hi 3698 ,so golden oldies PMS cannon feed.
So I figured I’ve not really achieved anything on this forum until I’ve posted a system pic. Well it’s been a long time coming and here it is. Humble I know but with the addition of the Dali Menuet SE speakers I am genuinely overjoyed with it. The sound is perfect to my ears and this is after many auditions with probably about 12 speaker sets. I’m no audiophile but this is amazing to my ears. Thanks to everyone who’s helped along the way.
They look great. If you’re able to lift them off the top of the unit, even slightly, or bring them nearer to the front edge you’ll probably find they sound even better. I appreciate you might not want to do that from an aesthetic perspective, but could be worth a tinker.
Tried them closer to the edge but took the edge off the bass. I think I’m good to be honest but thanks anyway.
As @Oxbow said, you “need “ a better isolation for the speakers.
Something that should not bother your nice decoration:

Love the Dansette.
The SN3 will beef things up a bit great choice.
Looks Siamese.
With all due respect I don’t ‘need’ anything, the speakers are sat on rubber feet so are isolated from the unit. Like I’ve previously said i’m overjoyed with the sound. I recently returned a REL Tx5 as it didn’t add any improvement to my ears at all. I’m settled now and really don’t know how it can get better to my ears. I’m no audiophile and just like to enjoy my music which I am doing with set up. Thanks
Sounds like a great situation to be in, enjoy🙂
Thought it was a fish tank !
Denmark, northern part of Copenhagen.
Go for it and enjoy your music, all that matters is that the music puts a smile on your face, and from what you’re saying it does so that is perfect.
The Dali Menuet SE speakers (and also the non-SE version) are very capable speakers (as long as one does not expect crazy volume levels or try to fill a large room). I’ve toyed with the idea of getting a set, but that would make my Mu-so redundant and also introduce a second “system” literally a few meters away from my main system!
