Are you on an additional commission :crazy_face:

I don’t think they have any NAP300’s to sell :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

I agree :+1:

Mostly Naim products such as NSC 222, NPX 300.

I truly appreciate your interest however I am sorry to inform you that this is something that I’ll only be looking to share with our clients. As much as I’d like to do however I am unable to do so as I don’t feel it appropriate to give the game away as has been the case with some other matters where others end up benefitting from my findings and work.

Good to hear :+1:

Is it some sort of magic, like Sooty?

Movies are a greater challenge. New Classic NAP 250 is superior to the already excellent NAP 300 DR be it with gaming, movies or music.

So in summary you are

but combining it with the NSC222 and NPX300.

And some speakers.

No commission to begin with so there is nothing additional :+1:

Products such as NSC 222, NPX 300 and yes loudspeakers connected to New Classic NAP 250.

No magic. Just applying some experience :+1:

Thanks for replying. I’ve never heard a ‘proper’ AV set up*, or a movie through a hifi system.

*apart from a family members’ early multi speaker one that was disconcerting/distracting rather than impressive.

Anyways, back to the NC’s…

Big shoes for the NC3 series then.

Should the Classic 5 series be worried yet?

Going to fun following the upcoming threads.

Then why keep repeating it on a forum!

Jason (?) from Naim described the NAC332 as better than 282/2 HicapDR and beating the 252/SCDR with the NPX300.

I can say with absolute confidence both the 300DR and NC250 are a substantial improvement over the 250DR with my LP12/252DR and it wasn’t subtle.

The NC250 made the 250DR sound boring in my set-up. Which shocked me so much I had to double check the 250DR to make sure it wasn’t out of phase.

Yes, the NAC332 is the one I’m looking forward to hearing.

I was gobsmacked with 300DR over my 250DR, I must say…

I will definitely be interested to see how all the different combinations created by the 200 and 300 series work out for people. But I definitely won’t be going near a demo room myself unless we win the lottery :joy:
