Dub Specialist - Bionic Dub Part One, Studio One. (2023)
One of my very favourite Dub records exceptionally rare and only available to me via Youtube which isn’t ideal so I’m really hoping this is an improvement on and different to the 2021 US reissue that got totally panned and is supposedly horrible.
They are also asking top dollar for this reissue over £30 which is expensive for a single LP though worth it if the mastering, pressing and packaging reflects the price.

Albert King - Born Under a Bad Sign, Stax/Concord (2023)
All Analogue Remastered from the original tapes by Jeff Powell at Take Out Vinyl no pressing info yet that I can find. On offer from Amazon for £23 delivered.
Not sure how it will compare to either the Speakers Corner or KG’s 2019 RSD cut so might pay to wait for reviews.

Stanley Turrentine - Mr Natural, BN/Tone Poet (2023)
Recorded in 1964 but not initially released until 1980 this ST date featuring
Lee Morgan, McCoy Tyner, Elvin Jones, Bob Cranshaw and Ray Barretto on Congas is another fantastic release from TP.
The Carmell Jones, Chet Baker and Stanley Turrentine releases are a must for me at least and the best three TP’s to be released for a good while. Well done Blue Note and Joe Harley.

My sister older than me by 2 years drove me mad with this back when it was released but I’ve since grown to like it maybe not enough to splash out on this but hopefully along with 4CD box set there will be a stream too that I’ll enjoy on Tidal.
