Dusty in Memphis, 4 Men With Beards reissue from 2002.

My first time listening to this in many years, prompted by a mention in the What Was The Last Vinyl You Bought? thread. The sound is a little coarser than I remember, but a good, gutsy presentation, and an enjoyable listen all the way through.

Van Morrison. Days like this.
I was watching something recently that played the title track. Can’t remember what.
This album passed under my radar.

After playing For Your Pleasure yesterday (and again this morning), what next? Stranded, that’s what! My second favourite Roxy album.

There are many that would disagree about the 4MWB label in general. I cant post the link under forum rules but there is a strong consensus on Discogs forum that overall 4MWB are quite poor.
I’m busy auditioning cartridges currently but when done I will have another listen to this reissue of DIM.
Interestingly, I took a look at your profile and with the exception of cartridge we share the same spec LP12

Michael Collins et al - Schubert Octet - WAV CD rip
Music of fun and beauty, some deep passages and lots of virtuosic fun, enthralling performance.
