Bobbie on vinyl, a nice glass of Zinfandel. Doesn’t get much better.

UK first press vinyl. A long way from their best, but enjoyable jazz-funk… fire up the Capri, don the moccasins, furry dice at the ready!

Vinyl. A strange collection of Vini offcuts, first released on CD in 1991.

Today at my holiday location, listening on my mobile setup.

A dark album requiring a bit more effort to get into, but totally rewarding…

Especially when listening on mobile setup, this traditional use of stereo where instruments tend to come left or right is a bit weird, but music of course good.

My wife and I have been a big fan of Mary since the 80’s & we’ve seen her about a dozen times, solo, with her sister Francis and on the Women’s Heart tour. She has a beautiful voice no matter what album you listen to.
Although I do love BITW my personal favourite is ‘No Frontiers’, have a listen to ‘Columbus’ it is stunning.

@AndyP 's post regarding " Why Can’t We Live Together " has got me reaching for this album

Steve Winwood - About Time, the version of the aforementioned song on this release used to drive my wife and daughter to distraction, as at various points throughout the track Mr Winwood would see fit to punctuate the song with repetitive organ stabs of the same note :grinning:.
